What is Henrico FCU Mobile Banking?
Henrico FCU mobile banking is a safe and convenient way to use your smart phone, tablet or other mobile device to complete HFCU online banking activities. We've rearranged the same information you see in Internet Banking to make it easier to see on smaller screens.
Is there a charge to use mobile banking?
Henrico FCU does not charge members to use mobile banking. Please be aware that there could be "data charges" associated with your phone or mobile device that may apply. Please check with your carrier for specific plan details.
What operating systems are supported?
Apple and Android operating systems are supported.
How do I use mobile banking?
HFCU mobile banking is easy to use, especially if you've been using Internet Banking.
To begin using mobile banking, get started by following these easy steps.
Visit Henrico FCU Internet Banking and log in.
Select the Mobile Banking link on the main menu.
You will be asked to complete the security questions, enter your mobile number and select your carrier.
Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a text message with a link to activate mobile banking from the web.
Follow the instructions from the link.
Download the app from the App Store or Android Market Store.
What is Mobile Deposit?
Mobile Deposit provides you with a convenient service to quickly deposit checks on the go with your iOS and Android devices through Henrico FCU Mobile Banking.
How do I make a Mobile Deposit?
Start here for new Mobile Banking users
Enroll in HFCU Mobile Banking through Internet Banking to create a User ID and password
Download the HFCU Mobile App
Start here for existing Mobile Banking users
Log in to Mobile Banking
Select the “Check Deposit” button from the drop down menu
Endorse your check using the following as an example: Mobile Deposit Only to 12345 S8 on mm/dd/yy
Tap the camera within the app to take a picture of the front and back of the check
Enter the amount of the check
Choose an Account to deposit the check into from the dropdown
Include your email to receive deposit status notifications
Review your deposit and tap the “Approve” button to submit your deposit
You will receive an email that the deposit has been received, then another email once the deposit has been approved
After a successful deposit, retain the check for 15 business days
Are there deposit limits for Mobile Deposit?
As a member you’ll be able to deposit a single check transaction up to the daily and monthly amounts designated by Henrico FCU. You may make check deposits, up to $1,000 daily (five aggregate items maximum) or $2,500 in a rolling 25-business day period (15 aggregate items maximum) to your Henrico FCU savings and/or checking accounts.

What happens if my mobile device is lost or stolen?
Please call us at 804-266-0290 to request to disable the app. Once your phone has been replaced or retrieved you will need to re-enroll.
Will I be able to transfer to other member’s accounts on the app?
Not at this time. You can visit Internet Banking on the web from your mobile device or log in from any internet capable device to perform member to member transfers.
Will my user name be the same on the app and Internet Banking?
No. Your user name on the app is different from the one you use for Internet Banking.
Can I pay bills using the mobile app?
Yes. You can pay bills using the app. You cannot set up a new payee on the app. You can only set up new payee profiles through Internet Banking.
