Henrico FCU mobile banking is a safe and convenient way to use your smart phone, tablet or other mobile device to complete HFCU online banking activities. We've rearranged the same information you see in home banking to make it easier to see on smaller screens.
Is there a charge to use mobile banking?
Henrico FCU does not charge members to use mobile banking. Please be aware that there could be "data charges" associated with your phone or mobile device that may apply. Please check with your carrier for specific plan details.
What operating systems are supported?
Apple and Android operating systems are supported.
How do I use mobile banking?
To get started, call us at 804-266-0290 and choose option 6. You will be connected to a representative on the Henrico FCU Mobile App support team to begin your enrollment.
What happens if my mobile device is lost or stolen?
Please call us at 804-266-0290 to request to disable the app. Once your phone has been replaced or retrieved you will need to re-enroll.
Will I be able to transfer to other member’s accounts on the app?
Not at this time. You can visit online banking on the web from your mobile device or log in from any internet capable device to perform member to member transfers.
Will my user name be the same on the app and online banking?
No. Your user name on the app is different from the one you use for online banking.
Can I pay bills using the mobile app?
Yes. You can pay bills using the app. You cannot set up a new payee on the app. You can only set up new payee profiles through online banking.
