HFCU mobile banking is easy to use, especially if you've been using Internet Banking.
To begin using mobile banking, begin by following these 4 easy steps.
Visit Henrico FCU Internet Banking and log in. Select the Mobile Banking link on the main menu.
You will be asked to complete the security questions, enter your mobile number and select your carrier.
Once you have completed these steps you will receive a text message with a link to activate mobile banking from the web.
Follow the instructions from the link. Download the app from the App Store or Android Market Store.
Please call us at 804-266-0290 to request to disable the app. Once your phone has been replaced or retrieved you will need to re-enroll.
Not at this time. You can visit Internet Banking on the web from your mobile device or log in from any internet capable device to perform member to member transfers.
No. Your user name on the app is different from the one you use for Internet Banking.
Yes. You can pay bills using the app. You cannot set up a new payee on the app. You can only set up new payee profiles through Internet Banking.
