We are currently seeking a proactive and service-driven professional to work in our Contact Center, located at our West Broad location, as a Contact Center Financial Service Representative.
Under the direct supervision of the Contact Center Manager, Contact Center Financial Service Representatives assist members with financial transactions / questions over the telephone or by email. Duties include handling requests for products and services, opening accounts, conducting loan interviews, resolving issues and offering financial solutions, while ensuring exceptional internal and external service with a high degree of accuracy in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures.
Completion of four-year high school education (or equivalent) and six months of similar or related experience is required, along with one year of public contact work; two years of previous sales (or lending) experience in a financial services environment (or a similar retail services environment) is desirable; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Outstanding positive and flexible attitude, enthusiasm for multi-tasking, and strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Experience working in a contact center environment is preferred. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy communicating with people over the telephone. Relationship building skills are a plus. A great internal service commitment and ability to work well within a team-focused environment is also required.

Henrico FCU is a member-owned financial cooperative seeking a dynamic Vice President of Information Systems to drive the technology initiatives within the credit union. Reporting to the President / CEO, this individual will oversee the management, implementation, and maintenance of the credit union’s computing systems and lead departmental staff. Information security protection, disaster recovery, vendor management, project management, recommendations for efficiency and the development / delivery of quality information processing services for both internal users and our members will be integral parts of this position.
The successful candidate must demonstrate considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of information systems, information technology and the laws governing the operation of a federally chartered credit union. This remarkable candidate must have direct experience successfully implementing and integrating technologies that deliver operational efficiencies and strong networking experience. Background in financial data processing systems is preferred.

A minimum of three years of experience in a financial services environment preferred with direct credit union experience desired. Experience, certification or active knowledge of PC operating software / applications, recent Microsoft Server version and Active Directory are also required. Formal training should also be supplemented with documented continuing education.
