TELLER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a part-time Teller Service Representative for our Woodman location, working ~30 hours a week from 7:15 AM - 1:15 PM Monday - Friday and 8:45 AM - 12:30 PM every third Saturday, with full benefits.
Tellers to provide exceptional service by processing members' financial transactions with accuracy and offering solutions to meet their financial needs. Positive and flexible attitude, enthusiasm for multi-tasking, and strong verbal skills are required.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy communicating with people. Relationship building skills are a plus. A great internal service commitment and ability to work well within a team-focused environment is also required. Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Must have great attention to detail.
Completion of four-year high school education (or equivalent), one year of public contact work and at least six months of similar or related experience is required; previous cash handling and/or sales (or lending) experience in a financial services environment (or a similar retail services environment) is desirable; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
MARKETING MANAGER (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a proactive and service driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and business development initiatives at Henrico Federal Credit Union. Reporting to the Vice President of Retail, this individual will assist in the development and execution of the marketing plan and is responsible for all marketing communication while providing exceptional internal and external service with a high degree of professional finesse and ability to quantify marketing efforts. Participation in the development of new services and member promotions, leading external and internal communication efforts (i.e. newsletters and other promotional copy), managing social media efforts and coordinating all business development events will be integral parts of this position.
The successful candidate must possess high verbal and written communication skills with a well-developed skill in public speaking with the ability to articulate clearly and with confidence. Considerable skill in dealing tactfully, professionally and courteously with members, potential members, public and staff. Strong active listening and service orientation. Able to promote the use of credit union products and services in an open and friendly manner. Someone who is accurate, detailed and a self-starter with the ability to exercise good reasoning and independent judgment when addressing problems.

A four-year college degree in marketing, communications or a related field, with a minimum of three years of previous marketing and / or business development experience required; direct credit union or financial services experience and previous supervisory experienced desired; strong networking skills preferred, along with a demonstrated skill in the use of personal computers, software related to marketing analysis, facilitating presentations and training; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
