What if my Visa Debit Card is lost or stolen?

What if I'm looking for a no-fee ATMs?
Any ATM on the CUHere network is fee-free for Henrico FCU members. You can search for CUHere ATMs around the country by visiting www.cu24.com. and searching for the CUHere ATMs.

What if I'm traveling, and I'm not close to a Henrico FCU office?
Henrico Federal Credit Union is part of the Credit Union Service Center (CUSC) network. There are CUSCs all over the US. You can do a quick search on the CUSC site to find the CUSC closest to you at www.cuservicecenter.com.

What if I'm interested in a scholarship?
Henrico FCU offers two scholarships in honor of one of our most beloved board members, Fran Chaffin. One $1500 scholarship is available to a graduating senior, and a second scholarship is available to an returning student. The Fran Chaffin Memorial Scholarship Application usually becomes available in January of each year.
The Richmond Chapter of Credit Union also offers a scholarship each year. That application usually becomes available between January and March.

What if I want to know the difference between a credit union and a bank?
The services offered are similar, but the philosophies are very different. All credit unions are not-for-profit cooperatives. The owners of a credit union are the members. The owners of a bank are the stockholders.

What if my E-Statement does not match the statement on @ Your Service Home Banking?
All members must be provided with a periodic statement. Years ago everyone received their periodic statements in the mail. Thanks to technology, you can receive that same periodic statement electronically; that's how E-Statements were created. A periodic statement only shows activity for a set period of time (like a month or a quarter).

You can also check for your most updated activity ANYTIME by using @ Your Service Home Banking. The statement from @ Your Service Home Banking will show you the most recent information from your account.

What if I have a check stolen from my mailbox?
Stolen mail falls under the jurisdiction of the US Postal Service. Contact your postal inspector and Henrico FCU as soon as possible.

What if I receive a notice that I've won money?
Be extremely cautious. This notification is almost always fraudulent. This flyer from the FBI can help you identify fraudulent activity. You should report any suspicious activity to Henrico FCU.
